Does ISG provide transport to and from school?

ISG does not provide transport to and from school. ISG is located south of the city centre and in close proximity to Gent-Sint-Pieters station and the ring road, making it easily accessible by public transport, car and by bike.

Does ISG provide holiday care?

There is no holiday care provided by ISG.

Are pupils able to transfer to a Belgian primary or secondary school?

Pupils are able to transfer to other schools with the same or similar curriculum. Transfer to the Belgian secondary system is possible. Admissions are treated individually and are at the school’s discretion.

Are other foreign languages taught at ISG?

There are French and Dutch after school clubs. Dutch is also taught during the day to every child once a week.

Can children with no knowledge of English join ISG?

Children with varying levels of English are welcome to join our school. This may range from non-speakers (total beginners) to native speakers.

Is there a school uniform?

There is no school uniform at ISG. We simply ask that all students wear one of our navy blue ISG t-shirts for sports class.

Does the school have a nursery?

There is no nursery at the moment. Pupils can start attending ISG if they are at least 2 1/2 years of age and potty trained.

Does ISG have a secondary school?

ISG does not provide secondary education at the moment.
